Each with their own gift. On this page, we introduce the people behind Nikuma. Each brings their own strength, all connected by a shared respect for the land.
Eduardo Malo Crespo
Master Soul Eduardo Malo Crespo, keeper of universal wisdom and cosmic guardian of sacred portals and Nikuma. A guardian of souls and their original purpose. Eduardo was called to reactivate this sacred land again and share its purpose with the world and humanity at large. To guide and share the Full Moon Alignment Ceremonies with the world, so we can remember who we truly are.
Dirk de Jong & Wanda Schaufele
We are Dirk and Wanda, united as partners in marriage, in life, in work, and in service. Our path together is one of deep love and mutual respect for each other, walking side by side in honor of one another and of the greater calling that guides us.
When we first arrived in the Sierra Nevada of Colombia, something ancient within us awakened. A doorway opened, and the land spoke directly to our souls, reminding us of our path.
Through Nikuma, we answered the call of our souls and stepped fully into our shared mission of leadership and service. We walk this path together to contribute to the healing of the world, to encourage harmony, restore balance, and remind humanity of peace, unity, and our shared origin.
Our Mission with Nikuma
Our purpose is to safeguard this sacred land, to listen to its wisdom, and to honor Nikuma in her original essence, as a place of spiritual work, healing, ceremony, and deep reconnection. Guided by the Universal Wisdom Keeper and Master Soul Eduardo Malo Crespo, supported by the team and friends of Earth Souls on the ground, we care for Nikuma with reverence and responsibility.
Nikuma is a living field of Oneness. Together with her, we are on a sacred journey from heart to heart.

The team of Earth Souls
Earthsouls team is on the ground, together with us they look after Nikuma . every month they support the full moon ceremony as shared by Meastro Eduardo.
The story of Earth Souls started when Edna Van Den Bosch and her son, Mooh, were called to Colombia in a way that was both powerful and unexpected. A Mamo from the Kogi community told them they had been awaited there for years. A series of events led them to leave everything behind in Holland and follow the call.
Together, Edna and Mooh traveled across Colombia, bringing love and support to different communities. Eventually, they found their true home in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
Cézar
There they met César, a local resident with a big heart and strong hands. A former mechanic and a deeply loyal friend, he quickly became an integral part of the Earth Souls family.
Niku and Chocolate
Meet Chocolate and Niku, our smallest guardians with the biggest hearts.
These two little dogs take their role very seriously. With playful joy and quiet presence, they move through the land, alert and open. Always close, always watching, always in tune.
They run freely, full of life. Brave, curious, and deeply connected.
They remind us that protection doesn’t have to be loud. It can come with softness, trust, and love.
